Refund and Exchange Policy

Certain policies to abide while refunding the goods.
• 14 days return policy is accepted from the date of purchase.
• Item must be unused and unworn with tags and in its original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of Purchase is mandatory to complete return process.
• If return required, please contact us at sales@sekenhandicraft.com
• Once the return is accepted will send you a return shipping label as well as instruction on how and where to send the package.
• Items send to us without any request or prior authenticated information will not be accepted.

Damage and Exchange:

• Please inspect your order upon reception. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at sales@sekenhandicraft.com

Refund
• Once we have received and inspected your goods, we will let you know refund is approved or not, if approved then we will automatically refund on your original payment method.
• It may take some time for bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If not, then you may check with your bank and contact your credit card company.
